Our compounds are supplied with various specifications. Regular packing sizes range from mg to kilograms. The goal of our company is always to keep each listed product in stock, but this cannot always be guaranteed due to unforeseen demand. Before placing an order, a quotation is required to confirm stock availability. We will send an order confirmation with our beneficiary bank information attached to the purchase contract within two business days of receiving the order.
For general purchase orders, we require full payment before shipping. Our company reserves the right to change the terms in special cases. Payment is due no more than 45 days from the date of invoice. Payment shall be made NET of all bank fees. Wire transfer is the only way for now. Payment via PayPal, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express…) is not yet available. You can place an order in the following currencies: Indian Rupees (INR, ₹), US Dollars (USD, $), and EURO (EUR, €).

Sadashiva Life Sciences compound is packed securely in a brown glass bottle or vial; the lid is attached with sealing film, and the bottle or vial is labelled with the product instructions. The bottle or vial is held in place by a sponge in a white inner box, with another yellow-brown carton outside, put in a DHL or FedEx plastic bag. In some cases, packaging varies based on the product's nature. The package contains compounds, data sheets, and invoices. After opening the package, please verify that all the contents are present. If anything is missing or in error, please get in touch with our sales staff, immediately.
The cost of international express varies from country to country. We will provide the expenses together with a compound quotation.
For products in stock, it will be 1-2 working days. Please refer to the lead time we stated in the order confirmation for bulk orders and customized products.
For international shipments, we primarily use DHL or FedEx international services for all world wide destinations. The transit time is between 3-8 working days depending on the country.
Most of our products are shipped at ambient temperature. Short-term exposure to ambient temperature does not affect product quality. For certain products sensitive to short-term exposure and requiring conditions other than ambient temperatures, we provide a special category of transport with refrigerants to prevent degradation. Once you have received the product, please follow the storage instructions on the product datasheet.
When your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number. Please get in touch with us if there are any abnormal occurrences during transportation.
We are proud of the quality of our products. However, if the product does not perform as described on the product datasheet, a replacement or refund will be provided within 20 working days of receiving the product. Please follow the instructions below when returning products: All requests for returns should be communicated to Sadashiva Life Sciences before shipping. Any items returned to Sadashiva Life Sciences should be in the same or equivalent packaging as originally dispatched by us. While returning purchased goods, please provide us with the proforma invoice number. This offer is only valid for products purchased directly from Sadashiva Life Sciences. Return shipping is entirely free. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days once we receive and approve your return request. Please note that depending on the bank, it may take an additional 2-10 working days for us to send the refund to your account.

Our compounds undergo strict quality control by HPLC and/or NMR for each delivered compound to confirm sample identity and purity. We provide at least 95% purity compounds, validated by NMR and/or HPLC. We provide our customers with analytical data such as LC-MS, 13C-NMR, 1D&2D-NMR, MS, CD, and X-ray spectra upon request. Sadashiva Life Sciences conducts quality control of all compounds we offer on a regular basis to confirm stability and shelf life. A dedicated group of analytical scientists within Sadashiva Life Sciences executes the interpretation of spectra and final approval of each compound.
At Sadashiva Life Sciences, the determination of the structures is carried out mainly by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy while the purity is determined by High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and Gas chromatography (GC) supplemented with NMR. Our customers can find the identification results on the Certificate of Analysis (COA). We routinely send product data sheets to your email after shipment. Specific analytical methods, such as Infrared spectroscopy (IR), Mass Spectrometry (MS), and UV-VIS spectroscopy (UV) can also be requested from our Technical Service Group. In most cases, chemically stable products can be preserved for a long time without affecting their quality under low temperatures. We suggest the products be kept in tightly closed bottles in a dry, dark, and well-ventilated place. Recommended storage conditions for each product should be outlined in the COA provided.
